We can prepare and file tax returns for your business including quarterly and annual IVA (VAT) returns, corporate tax returns, tax returns for sole traders and various other statutory requirements such as those relating to withholding taxes. |

Our business support services include payroll, bookkeeping, annual accounts, management accounts, tax (see above), compliance and social security. Services can be contracted as a package or individually as needs dictate. |

We offer a full assistance package for new businesses but are also available for simple queries or specific issues.
- Advice on structure of the business (normally sole trader or limited company)
- Registration of the business and formation of the company as appropriate

- Advice on technical and bureaucratic aspects of all key decisions such as premises, hiring staff, licenses, contracts etc.

We do not sell financial products but do assist clients dealing with banks and financial issues generally, often in relation to account opening, international money transfer, mortgage applications. Many institutions do offer service in English but sometimes an independent voice is called for. |
