More about us . . .

** Advoco is a partnership of British and Spanish professionals, mainly lawyers and accountants, with offices in the Cordoba, Granada and Malaga provinces.

** Our service is tailored mainly to appeal to the non-Spanish market, whether that be foreign individuals or companies resident in Spain or those from outside of Spain looking to relocate, buy property or set up business here.

** Most of the professional staff and all of the frontline customer service staff speak English.

** As a matter of principle we do not have commercial tie-ups with banks, estate agents, developers, insurance or mortgage brokers, so our advice and service are genuinely independent.

** With regards to fees our watchword is transparency.  Clients pay a fee that has been explained, agreed and, where possible, fixed upfront.  Our initial consultation is offered free and without obligation so that clients can make up their minds about our suitability before committing to contract a service.
